The person receiving the flowers stated that they were the freshest most perfect roses she had ever received. This was my first time to use deLa Flowers and I was extremely pleased with every aspect of the transaction. Also the recepient of the flowers said she would use them in the future for her flower needs. The packaging and card enclosed were first class!

I just had to let you know what a wonderful job Bethany has done for me. She has gone far above just filling my order. She researched suppliers around High Point to make sure the vase shown on your website was the vase shipped. She even spoke to the supplier to ensure the flowers would be delivered when I wanted. I recently lost my youngest sister and wanted to send my mother flowers on my sister's birthday. I sent some flowers that were to be of the utmost importance. Unfortunately there was an issue with the flowers that were delivered. I sent an email and within 15 minutes a deLaFlowers representative called me. WOW! THAT'S service! I explained the situation, and she promised to make it right. She called again telling me exactly what she had done and what to expect. When my mother received the flowers, she was speechless. They were beyond perfect! deLaFlowers had gone above and beyond and actually sent flowers that looked exactly like the flowers from my sister's wedding. My mother couldn't be happier or more impressed, nor could I. I don't think I'll ever use another service besides deLaFlowers and neither will any of my mother's co-workers! Thank you so very much!

Flowers arrived today. They look GREAT!!!!! I put them up at the Receptionist’s desk for all to enjoy. Thank you! You have just given me a great way to send fresh flowers to my mother up in northern MN. She does not live within the delivery zone of any florist. The best that can be done is to have the florist deliver to a gas station or grocery store about 15 miles from where she lives and then someone has to make the run to pick them up. Yikes!
