She researched suppliers around High Point to make sure the vase shown on your website was the vase shipped. She even spoke to the supplier to ensure the flowers would be delivered when I wanted. | I recently lost my youngest sister and wanted to send my mother flowers on my sister's birthday. I sent some flowers that were to be of the utmost importance. Unfortunately there was an issue with the flowers that were delivered. I sent an email and within 15 minutes a deLaFlowers representative called me. WOW! THAT'S service! I explained the situation, and she promised to make it right. She called again telling me exactly what she had done and what to expect. When my mother received the flowers, she was speechless. They were beyond perfect! deLaFlowers had gone above and beyond and actually sent flowers that looked exactly like the flowers from my sister's wedding. You have just given me a great way to send fresh flowers to my mother up in northern MN. She does not live within the delivery zone of any florist. The best that can be done is to have the florist deliver to a gas station or grocery store about 15 miles from where she lives and then someone has to make the run to pick them up. Yikes! And now YOU come on the scene.
